DU fifth cut off list 2013, Delhi University Fifth Cut Off List 2013, DU 5th Cut Off 2013
The colleges under Delhi University has declared their fifth cut off list 2013 tonight on 10th July 2013 at its official website and this time, there is a bit more of a relaxation for students. The students who were few points below the kept cut off till fourth cut off list of Delhi University, will be able to get admissions, at least into few courses. However the cut off lists for most demanded and popular programs have not seen any much considerable dip but still its a lot better than the last four cut offs. After the declaration of first cut off list, it seemed hard to get away with admissions into their desired programs for most of the students. This is the highest level of competition till now for every candidate whoever applied for the admission into Delhi University. Nearly 2.5 lakh students submitted their applications through online and offline modes for DU admissions 2013. Currently more than 80 colleges are running under Delhi University which are offering admissions for various courses under Science, Commerce, Journalism, Arts, B.Tech etc.
DU 5th Cut Off List 2013:
The fifth cut off list by DU was to be declared on 11th July midnight at around 1 AM, but it has been launched few hours prior. The DU 5th cut off list has been announced by Delhi University on 10th July 2013 at around 10 PM for the students.
As expected the cut off list by DU went all the way up at record-breaking level but on the other hand, the turnout for the Science admissions was really low. The authorities told that the main reason for low turnout of admissions into Science courses after first cut off was the introduction of B.tech programs due to which the students opted B.tech instead of four-year Graduation programs with Science subjects.
However the admissions after third and fourth cut off paced on and the students who were eagerly waiting for their chances with fairly good marks. After fifth cut off declaration, the cut offs have seen slightly more reduction in the minimum percentage for getting admission into the desired courses by students. The admissions for General category students have been closed by large number of colleges but OBC, SC, ST students still are being offered admissions under quota/reserved seats.
The students who will be able to get admission under DU 5th cut off, will have to complete their admission process at their reporting center/college from 11th July to 13th July 2013. Most probably there will be one more cut off list declaration by Delhi university but it is not confirmed yet. Stay locked with Shubhangel.com for DU final cut off list 2013 news.
